Diego Stefani said when he and his wife, Jerusha Stefani, opened their Italian restaurant in Flower Mound in October 2019, the business name was Giro Pizza. He likens the dining style to what people experience in a Brazilian steak house, in which customers signal when they wanted more pizza and servers brought them more.
