The Italian Cultural & Community Center of Houston launched this January, with great enthusiasm of the public, a new series of educational cooking demonstration and dinner aimed to promote and to guide the public through the history, the tradition and the flavors of the Italian-American Cuisine.

The second appointment of this new and exciting series will be held at the ICCC on February 27th at 7:00 p.m. and will be led by the Executive Chef Carmelo Mauro, owner of Carmelo's Ristorante Italiano. During the evening we will explore the gastronomic treasures of the Italian Region of Liguria.
