A couple in the Blue Star Arts Complex is bringing their love for Italy to San Antonio in the form of gelato. Before you even start to think about dessert, co-owner of South Alamode Panini and Gelato Company, Josh Biffle, is hard at work making the freshest Gelato and Sorbets all from scratch.
"Today we are going to be making one of our favorites. At least one of our fan favorites. It's going to be Ricotta and blackberry," Biffle said. All of his own recipes starting with a pasteurized base. "This is our proprietary mix. I can't divulge too much but what this is. It's a mixture of heavy whipping cream,” Biffle said.
