An uber-buzzy Italian restaurant is coming to North Dallas: Called The Sicilian Butcher, it's a modern casual restaurant serving craft meatballs, five-foot charcuterie platters, and house-made pasta, and it will open a location near Addison at 5225 Belt Line Rd. #240, in a space previously occupied by Sushi Axiom.
According to a spokesperson, the restaurant will open in summer 2025.The Sicilian Butcher is from celebrity chef and concept king Joey Maggiore, who co-founded the concept with his wife, Cristina Maggiore, and their business partner, Flora Tersigni. Maggiore says he was inspired by his father, Tomaso, a Sicilian-born chef, to create a restaurant that embodied his passion for Italian cuisine.
