The owners of Gr8 Plate Hospitality, who already have The Union Kitchen and Jax Grill brands under their belt, are ready to launch a third restaurant concept, Passerella. The Italian restaurant is slated to open in April at 9945 Barker Cypress Road at The Boardwalk Towne Lake in Cypress. It will be located next to its sister restaurant, The Union Kitchen.
Passerella represents a new venture for Gr8 Plate owners Paul and Doris Miller who operate six Union Kitchen restaurants and three Jax Grill locations. “We’ve had the pleasure of serving the Cypress area for the past 3 years, and are thrilled to continue doing so at Passerella,” Paul Miller said.
