Jay Roush took ownership of Gino’s Italian Cuisine in Cedar Park on Dec. 1 and rebranded and renamed the restaurant Tuscano Italian Kitchen. Roush said Gino’s Italian Cuisine opened about six years ago and has gone through a couple of ownership changes. Tuscano will offer elevated Italian cuisine with a Texas twist featuring menu items such as Italian enchiladas, Brisket Bolognese.
The restaurant also offers traditional Italian food, fresh baked bread and homemade pizza dough and sauces. The newly rebranded restaurant now has a dining room, a lounge, a bar area and an improved variety of wines, Roush said.
