Holy Crust, a new pizza joint in which pizzas are constructed using a creative and unusual method, is opening next week in Trinity Grove. The restaurant, at 3011 Gulden Lane, is the latest work from restaurateur Phil Romano, founder of chains like Fuddruckers and Romano’s Macaroni Grill.
Holy Crust will officially open Thursday, August 6, but starting Monday, Romano will be offering diners a chance to preview his pies at half off. The pizzas at Holy Crust are inspired by pies Romano’s mother used to make, according to a press release.
