The Boardwalk at Towne Lake will soon welcome Passerella, a new Italian eatery, at 9945 Barker Cypress Road, Ste. 122, Cypress. Passerella is a new concept from Gr8 Plate Hospitality, the parent company of The Union Kitchen and Jax Grill, which both have multiple locations across the Greater Houston region.

A “seafood-forward” menu is planned for the restaurant and will highlight Italian cuisine, such as homemade pastas, pizzas and an extensive wine list. Executive Chef Edward Roberts will lead the kitchen, officials said in a news release. The waterfront restaurant will have 100 indoor seats and another 60 on the outdoor patio.
