Rita’s Italian Ice, the world’s largest Italian Ice concept, has opened a location in Conway in the Lewis Crossing Shopping Center. Rita’s Italian Ice got its start in Bensalem, Pennsylvania, in 1984, and now has more than 600 locations worldwide. Franchisees and owners Tim and Cheryl Nail got their first taste of Rita’s while in Pennsylvania.
“While on vacation in Pennsylvania, I took a friend’s advice to stop and try Rita’s cool treats for the first time,” Tim said. “I was impressed with the product and the quality of service, and I knew this was a concept that would thrive in Conway. We couldn’t be more excited to bring the first Rita’s Italian Ice to our community here in Arkansas.”
