Italian restaurant Sfereco announced plans to open its fourth outpost in Plano this summer. It will be located at 1941 Preston Road, Suite 1004 in the Preston Park development. The concept is billed as “American-Italian Fare, Spaghetti Western Flair” on the company website. In keeping with that theme, the owners promise a spaghetti western-themed interior and a “fun, kitschy vibe.”
Refined Hospitality Concepts, the company behind brands such as Primo’s MX Kitchen & Lounge, Overeasy, Scout, Waterproof and Bourbon and Banter, opened the first Sfereco at the Statler in downtown Dallas two years ago. They later opened restaurants in downtown Lewisville and the Flower Mound River Walk district. Plans were also recently announced for a restaurant in the new Mercer Crossing Boardwalk in Farmers Branch.
