American-Italian restaurant Sfereco is scheduled to open Aug. 9 in Old Town Lewisville with a menu of “Spaghetti Western” inspired dishes, according to a news release. The restaurant will be taking over the space previously occupied by Cavalli Pizza at 233 W. Church St. Owned by Refined Hospitality Concepts, Sfereco opened its first location inside The Statler Dallas hotel in June 2020. A location is also planned in Flower Mound.
“The Italian-American dining experience at Sfereco is unmatched,” said Robert Hall, Refined Hospitality Concepts chief executive officer, in a news release. “The western spirit paired with our authentic cooking style is a balance of fun meeting flavor. We are honored to welcome guests to the Lewisville location.”
