Sud Italia Ristorante just got a special infusion of Italian realness. The Rice Village charmer has announced that Maurizio Ferrarese, former executive chef of Quattro at the Four Seasons, is the restaurant's new top toque.
A 17-year veteran of Four Seasons hotels and resorts, Ferrarese recently left his post at the downtown hotel. Sud Italia owner Shanon Scott swooped him up.
