On Monday, February 25, the Italy-America Chamber of Commerce Texas will be hosting the 5th annual Taste of Italy trade fair and food and wine festival in Houston, the largest trade fair devoted exclusively to Italian food and wine in the U.S.
One of the highlights of this year’s gathering is sure to be the Prosciutto Master Class (see details below) featuring a “Prosciutto Whisperer” who will be sharing expert insights not only into how to preserve, carve, and serve Prosciutto di Parma but also how to use the entire thigh.
