One of Austin's top Italian restaurants is back with a new name, new menu, and new look. Juliet Ristorante reopens as Juliet Italian Kitchen Monday, June 19, at 3 pm for happy hour. The trendy eatery debuted to much fanfare two years ago, in the former Romeo's space. It temporarily shuttered earlier this month for a quick revamp of the space and concept.
"We have made some really fun changes over the past two weeks, from our food and beverage offerings to our new look, and I can't wait to unveil what we have been up to," says executive chef Jacob Weaver in a release. "We are looking forward to sharing our version of Italian-American comfort food on Barton Springs Road."
