On Wednesday, March 25 at 6:30 p.m., join executive chef Giancarlo Ferrara of Amalfi Ristorante Italiano & Bar and executive chef and owner Jacques Fox of Artisans Restaurant at their friendly Italy vs. France culinary competition, held at Amalfi Ristorante Italiano & Bar, 6100 Westheimer.
