What happens in Las Vegas stays in Las Vegas, yes; but we understand that when city authorities decide to dedicate a day to the opening of your establishment the desire to share the news is great. And so it was, in fact: Tommaso Mazzanti brought his All'Antico Vinaio to the parts of Sin City; and the opening date-January 26-was officially proclaimed a day of celebration.

The announcement was made through All'Antico Vinaio's social account. A short video, barely a handful of seconds long, where the man who has become synonymous with stuffed focaccia and schiacciate overflowing with cured meats and cheeses holds up a plaque issued by Las Vegas city officials with obvious emotion.

In Las vegas, Tommaso Mazzanti met with his friend and business partner Joe Bastianich, already involved for the opening in New York, who was also present at the ribbon-cutting ceremony that amassed a veritable crowd of curious and gluttonous people, all sorted into a long queue happy at the idea of getting their teeth into the schiacciata of All'Antico Vinaio. This is the sixth store in the United States, the first in Las Vegas.

In the video, Mazzanti is beaming, "On January 26, for the opening here in Las Vegas, they proclaimed All'Antico Vinaio day. Mamma mia, what a beauty. I hold this one in my heart!"
