One of Pioneer Square's most prominent vacancies is about to be filled by one of the historic neighborhood's most colorful characters and boosters.

Restaurateur Luigi DeNunzio is putting the finishing touches on Che Sara Sara at First Avenue South and South Main Street. That's the corner of the Grand Central Building last occupied by Megan Mary Olander Flowers – across the street from the former home of Elliott Bay Book Company.
