If a customer walks into Casanova Bros. Pizza expecting to find a typical pizza parlor, he or she could be in for a surprise from the moment the door swings open. Employees greet customers at the front desk and ask if it is their first time visiting the restaurant. For first-time customers, a fresh batch of garlic knots with marinara sauce is delivered to the table.
Owners Tony and Mike Casanova have worked to ensure that the restaurant is more than a place to pick up a couple of slices of pizza and a soft drink. Casanova Bros. features pizza, pasta and other traditional Italian dishes as well as a beer and wine bar. A second dining room is open to dinner guests starting at 4 p.m.
