Acclaimed Chef Claudio Sadler of Ristorante Sadler in Milano will visit arte italia in January! New and returning culinary guests will enjoy Chef Sadler's gastronomic creativity and exceptional commitment to accuracy and tradition. Known for his classic yet innovative dishes, Sadler reinvents the styles and flavors of authentic Italian cuisine with cutting-edge kitchen techniques.

He defines his contemporary cooking as 'modern cuisine in movement' because, "It never stops. Every day, something changes." He continually engages in research, keeping an attentive eye on the nuances of regional cuisine. His menus reflect fresh seasonal ingredients and embrace the latest preferences for lean options.

For each culinary class the visiting chef will prepare a traditional Italian dinner including antipasto, primo piatto, secondo piatto and dolce.
All classes begin at 6:00 p.m. and are typically over by 8:00 p.m.
Classes are held at 442 Flint Street in Reno.

Tuition Fees for Selected Registrants:
$60 per class ($55 for seniors 65+ and students).

All culinary class tuition is donated to Roman Catholic charitable organizations.

Regional interest in arte italia's culinary program has been overwhelming! Our guests are thrilled to dine in the Cucina with visiting Chefs, but our seating capacity is very limited. We strive to fairly allocate seating between new and former culinary guests and utilize a fair system of randomized selection to assign seating for each culinary class. Read more ...
