A new oceanfront restaurant has opened at the Grand Wailea in the former dining space of Bistro Molokini. Named after the green mineral, Olivine is an Italian restaurant with a menu of sandwiches, pizzas and entrees including spaghetti pomodoro, chicken parmigiana and steak.
The menu also features handmade pastas by chef Michele di Bari of Maui's Sale Pepe and incorporates local produce and seafood through aquaculture operation Blue Ocean Mariculture.
