One of the most chill places to hang on a weekend morning is Giada, the namesake restaurant of Food Network star Giada De Laurentiis. The dining room overlooks Las Vegas Boulevard, and morning light creates a relaxed mood. The restaurant offers a variety of breakfast items with a decidedly Italian twist.
Steak and eggs features a flat iron steak, toast, lemon-smashed potatoes and salmoriglio, a condiment with lemon juice, olive oil and garlic, while the Sunrise Polenta Waffle is served with pancetta, béchamel sauce and two sunny-side up eggs. Salads, pastas and paninis are also available. And whatever your entrée might be, do order the pastry basket. The rosemary-Parmesan scone is practically perfect.
