Las Vegas Italian dining options have expanded with the opening of Spiedini Fiamma Italian Bistro at Rampart Casino. Located in the main promenade that connects JW Marriot and Rampart Casino, Spiedini Fiamma Italian Bistro is centrally located for guests at both properties to enjoy.
The menu features robust Italian staples from chef Paula Smagacz like the meatballs with ricotta, red sauce and herbs, the veal marsala with mushroom and linguini as well as several other favorites.
