Bottiglia Cuchina and Enoteca will open its doors on May 12 at Green Valley Ranch. They will feature a modern twist on Italian classics with as crisp salads, fresh seafood and open-range meats.
The restaurant will also feature in house-made pastas, braised short ribs and more. Bottiglia will also feature an expansive wine selection that stems from Napa/Sonoma as well as North and Southern Rhone.
