The Foodland-anchored Princeville Center on Kauai's North Shore is adding a new Italian restaurant called Piazza, the leasing firm for the center confirmed to PBN.
The eatery will serve pizzas cooked in a wood-fired oven, among other Italian dishes. Piazza is scheduled to open later this year and is owned by two local families, one of which operates The Dolphin Fish Market and Sushi Lounges in Hanalei and in Poipu, with the other family operating the Healthy Hut Market and Cafe in Kilauea.
