A new concept from the family of late Phoenix food icon Tomaso Maggiore is launching soon in Scottsdale and looking to hire 100 workers. The Italian Daughter Cucina + Cocktails will hold a job fair on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the restaurant, The Maggiore Group announced Monday.

The new concept is taking over the former home of Tomaso’s Italian Kitchen on Scottsdale Road just north of Pinnacle Peak Road. With the opening planned for April, The Italian Daughter aims to fill a variety of positions, including kitchen managers, line cooks, servers, bartenders and hosts.
