Parma Italian Roots, a new Italian restaurant opening in north Scottsdale, is holding a job fair this week. The fair runs from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 21, through Saturday, Aug. 25, at 20831 N. Scottsdale Road, Suite 117, Scottsdale. The space previously housed Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers.
Candidates can apply in person or send their resume with cover letter to chef Chris Gentile at [email protected]. Opening in late September or early October, the restaurant is looking to fill 40 positions, including hosts, servers, cooks, dishwashers and a general manager.
