POMO Pizzeria has been bringing true Italian food to the Valley for over a decade now. With three locations, many Arizona residents are sure to find an Italian treat near them. The Biltmore location opened in 2019 and was recently revamped. This location threw a fun, little open house style party to celebrate their reopening, Thursday, and the use of their brand new Napoletana oven.
This oven is ideal for pizzerias due to its construction. It is built into a low dome shape with a small open mouth and a wood burning fire inside allowing the oven to reach extremely high temperatures. The event offered samplings of both the pizza and pasta the restaurant regularly serves.
