Saint Pasta, a popular Italian food truck that left its brick-and-mortar home at The Pemberton in 2022, opens a new bricks-and-mortar restaurant Wednesday in downtown Phoenix. It takes over the space briefly home to The Pairing Room and, before that, The Larder & The Delta, on the northwest corner of First Avenue and Portland Street.
Owner/chef Racan Alhoch’s signature vodka sauce is the highlight of the menu, which features nearly twice as many dishes as the food truck. Popular items include rigatoni vodka, spaghetti pomodoro, and chicken vodka parmesan.
