On 21 June 2013, The American University of Rome will be hosting the Fulbright Program Meeting and Orientation events for Italian graduate students going to the United States for the 2013 – 2014 academic year. Students included in the orientation are involved in the Fulbright Program categories of Graduate Study, Foreign Language Assistant, and Fulbright-BEST.
Participants will meet at the university campus for a series of program preparation activities, including tips for living in a foreign country, meeting their fellow program members, and hearing from individuals who were involved with Fulbright in previous years. The session will also give students the chance to ask any questions they may have in regards to the months to come. The events held at The American University of Rome will be the participants' first exposure to the cultural relations between Italy and the United States.
