Baglioni Pressure Solutions, which is based in San Pietro Mosezzo (Novara) and has factories in France, China and the US, works in the compressed air tank sector. The company sold a 40% stake to a private equity fund for €10 million, and plans to use the money to accelerate its move into new markets.
The company, founded in 1968 by Alfredo Baglioni, has specialized in the compressed air tank sector since the very beginning, opening various production plants throughout the world (France in 1985, China in 2003, and the US in 2009) to directly supply big clients like Ingersoll Rand, Gardner&Denver, Atlas Copco.
