Less famous than its neighbours Catania and Palermo, who have long charmed visitors with their centennial history, Ragusa is a comparatively newer city that can still enrich tourists with its architecture and culture.

Immersed in an area very rich in natural and architectural beauties to visit, the city stands on the Hyblaean Mountains which is also home to the nearby Modica – known for its local chocolate production.
