Italian food exports continued their upward trajectory in the first seven months of 2024, surpassing previous records and building on the €64 billion achieved at the close of 2023.

According to a recent report by Coldiretti, the Italian farmers’ association, exports of Italian food and beverages to the U.S. surged by 30%. Other key markets also saw double-digit growth, with exports to France rising by 11%, the UK by 15%, China by 18%, and Russia by 28%. Germany posted a more modest increase of 9%.
