Mahmood & Blanco have won Sanremo 2022 with the song “Brividi”. Tonight, the 72nd Sanremo Festival concluded in Italy with all 25 competing artists taking to the Ariston stage for the final time. The televote determined the ranking of all 25 performances, and this was added to the ranking formulated from results of the past 4 nights of the competition. The top 3 from this round of voting advanced to the next stage of the competition.

After the first round of voting, the top three were announced as Mahmood & Blanco, Elisa and Gianni Morandi. All previous votes were  then wiped and a new vote took place. This was determined by 34% televote, 33% press jury and 33% demoscopic jury. The results of this final vote were as follows: 1) Mahmood & Blanco – Brividi; 2) Elisa – “O forse sei tu”; 3) Gianni Morandi – “Apri tutte le porte”.
