In fact, there are over 400 different types of cheeses in this country, and I’m determined to try every single last one of them. They’ve been churning milk into varieties of cheese since the 5th century. Italians don’t joke around when it comes to dairy. So, when I was tasked with ranking the cheeses of Italy, my first thought was, oh boy, I’m really gonna clog them arteries.
