An entire week of events to end the summer in the alpine pastures in the best possible way: Predazzo and the entire Val di Fiemme are preparing to fully experience the excitement of the Festival del Gusto that will accompany towards the pomp and circumstance parade that on Sunday, October 2, will feature cows decked out in festive decorations in the streets of the center with the Desmontegada de le Vache.
There are many new features related to the 2022 edition of the Festival del Gusto, which will come in a richer, longer-lasting form with sustainability as its basic philosophy. The 2022 edition of the Festival del Gusto is designed to give an even more comprehensive connotation to the concept of "taste," also understood as the value and pleasure of travel, territory, and knowledge.
