Italy is known for its small artisan workshops and its craftsman tradition: tourists love to buy unique hand-made pieces from local artisans when they visit Italy. Yet, hardly do these small entrepreneurs succeed in giving visibility to their products and selling them to a global audience. The e-commerce platform Reputeka.com was launched with this precise goal: give small local artisans in Italy a virtual marketplace to promote and market their products internationally.
The web-site was conceived by Luca Cornali and Michele Gallo, CEO and CFO of the company, respectively. Their work is supported by a team of young developers, web designers, computer engineers and marketing experts based in Trentino.
