There it was, clearly on the map of Italy (actually off the coast of Italy), in Sardinia. I had no idea that Sardinia is the second largest island in the Mediterranean Sea (the largest is Sicily) with nearly 2,000km of coastline, beaches (perfect for water swimming, wind surfing, yachting, kayaking) and mountains (for hiking and biking).
