It’s been 12 years since chef Tim McDiarmid began taking regular trips to Italy, but she says there’s something new to experience each time she returns. “It’s one of the prettiest places in the world,” says McDiarmid, known as Tim the Girl.
San Antonians (and others) can join her this year during a women’s-only trip to Cinque Terre, June 24 through July 1, or during a coed trip to the French and Italian Rivieras, July 3 through 11. “We have really curated a special experience where you don’t have to do any of the thinking,” she says.
