Italian automotive capital Turin will host Italy's first robotics show, in the spring of 2016. The robotics sector is worth half a billion euros in Italy, growing by more than 6% and with a great potential in the development of 4.0 manufacturing and in the transformation of Made in Italy enterprises.
The robotics sector is preparing to step up to the challenge of "collaborative robot technology" and the productions of machines that can "work" alongside humans safely. In the future, these will replace the classic robotic islands currently used by companies.
