Unesco Sites of Italy: Prosecco Hills of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene

One of the most recent additions to Unesco’s list of Italian World Heritage sites is ‘Le colline del Prosecco di Conegliano e Valdobbiadene’, added in 2019. Cheers to that for sure. 

Prosecco is a fresh, light and fruity fizzy white wine, with notes of white flowers, green apple and citrus fruits; it's versatile and pairs well with aperitif snacks - no wonder it’s a favorite during the beloved Italian ritual of aperitivo.
