Vog is an Italian fruit Consortium based in Trentino Alto-Adige, specialized in apples production. Since 1999 it attends Fruit Logistica trade show in Berlin, the world’s leading fair for the fruit and vegetables market. Since our first participation – says Gerhard Dichgans in this exclusive interview with Italianfood.net – we have been working on bringing new apple varieties on the market, together with special organoleptic experiences.
The main goal, today, is to keep on innovating apple varieties such as Red, Golden, Gala, and Granny traditional assortments with new specifically designed tastes, with a specific ‘branding’ for each different apple kind.
