Francesco Clementi is Full Professor of Comparative Public Law at Sapienza University of Rome and Director of the Master’s Program in Electoral Sciences and Government. A leading scholar of constitutional democracy, electoral systems, and political institutions, he has written extensively on U.S. constitutional law, federalism, and presidential government, bridging legal, historical, and political perspectives on contemporary democracies.
