Richard A. DiLiberto Jr. is an attorney, former Delaware State Representative, and one of the most respected leaders in the Italian American community in the United States. Since 2006, he has served as Chairman of the Delaware Commission on Italian Heritage and Culture, promoting Italian culture, education, and Italian American heritage. He is active nationally through numerous civic organizations. Richard A.
