The Greater Rockford Italian American Association will hold the 2013 Italian Hall of Fame and Special Recognition awards banquet at 6 p.m. Oct. 12 at Franchesco's Ristorante, 7128 Spring Creek Road.
Entertainment will be provided by the Vince Chiarelli Combo. Dinner will be served at 7 p.m. The dinner menu will include a combination of chicken, sirloin and fish or a vegetarian crepe with accompanying salad, pasta and cannoli cake.
