The Residences by Armani Casa are under construction in Sunny Isles Beach. The Fendi Château is planned for Surfside. Now the trend is creeping into Miami's urban core. OKO Group has announced it's partnering with the fashion house of Missoni to brand its latest waterfront tower project in the Edgewater neighborhood.
The tower is planned for 700 NE 26th Ter. Until this past fall, an older, 12-story condo tower sat on the site. Its implosion was a literal real-estate boom, leaving neighbors startled and debris floating off into Biscayne Bay.
