The owner of Brooklyn-based Dolce Vite plans to change her legal name to Princess Chocolatto, fusing her identity with the Italian-style hot chocolate that has become her life.
"My customers call me that anyway, so I figured I'd make the change," the popular Park Slope figure told the Daily News.
