Southeast Portland's Burrasca, the rustic Tuscan food cart from Florentine native Paolo Calamai closed at the beginning of the year with plans to eventually reopen as a brick and mortar restaurant.
After five months of waiting, the food cart, one of The Oregonian's top 10 of 2014, is finally moving towards opening their restaurant using Kickstarter to help cover some of the costs.
