The Calabrese community will celebrate two major milestones at this year's Festa della Famiglia in onore di San Francesco di Paola: the 35th anniversary of the event and the 600th anniversary of the birth of their patron saint. Joining them for this momentous occasion will be Archbishop Blasé Cupich and RAI journalist Sister Myriam Castelli.
Jointly sponsored by Società San Francesco di Paola and the Calabresi in America Organization, the event will run from Aug. 11 to 14 on the grounds of Casa Italia in Stone Park.
