Grangier needs this Italian grandmother — the ultimate nonna — to serve as the "face" of his newest restaurant, Grassa Gramma. The upscale-Italian eatery is currently under construction in The Holiday Manor shopping center off Brownsboro Road and is expected to open later this year.
