Nico Frandi, the new Consul General of Italy in Philadelphia, is a native of Florence and a seasoned career diplomat with more than 25 years of international experience across some of the world’s most significant multilateral institutions.
His postings have taken him from the Middle East to major European capitals, where he has represented Italy in roles that spanned from security cooperation to human rights, from disarmament and non-proliferation of weapons of mass destruction to international trade.
